The Wales head coach states the English squad depth is remarkable that a boxing promoter would not match them with the Welsh team.
The Welsh squad meet their neighbors in a non-competitive match at the national stadium on Thursday before their crucial qualifying match against the Belgians next Monday.

Bellamy says making sure Wales can face the star-studded opponents is a "driving force".
The Wales head coach continued: "Our team do not rely on values, but the simple fact is they have more than a single lineup. They have two, three, four and France and others have the same level. England have many great players and that's a fact."
"A defender was ruled out with injury the recently and there's only 24 more to go! They have over sixty players. I'd love us to be well-equipped like them."
The neighbouring countries last faced each other at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, when the English ran out easy victors in a fixture before the previous England team made it to the quarter-finals.
Southgate's successor is Tuchel, a Champions League and world club champion at Chelsea who has claimed league championships in France and his home country.
Bellamy was previously an coach at Anderlecht and the English club to Kompany, who succeeded him at Bayern Munich.
"Tuchel's an incredible manager - his achievements is proven," he noted.
"I have some sort of insight because the team he departed I know people who have joined. I gain a glimpse from that of his methods and it's remarkable. "
"His tactical detail is top level and I aimed to be facing that - observe how you're going to adapt because he will. I will get to learn from it. I'd love to get to such heights."
